Exercise 1: What do I need to grant myself permission for to get what I truly desire?

I give myself permission to be totally me, all of me, all of the funny and fierce, and MAGIC. I give myself permission to be patient and gracious for the right lover. I give myself permission to honor my body. I give myself permission to ask for what and who I want. I give myself permission to show up as my raw authentic self. I give myself permission to have no judgement of my softness and my fierce magic. I give myself permission to receive FULLY from a others, a partner and myself. I give myself permission to be totally out of control and still feel safety in whom I choose to engage with. I give myself permission to LEAN into a man fully in every aspect of life. I give myself permission to enjoy the moment without consideration of the future course of events. I give myself permission to heal me through my sex instead of him. I give myself permission to brag and to tell no one. I give myself permission to be safe fully in my feminine frequency. I give myself permission to be turned on and turned up 100% of my life and to be okay with turning others on and up without an expectation of sex.
